Project Manager (DoD / Government Programs)
In this role, you will own programs end-to-end-driving performance across cost, schedule, and technical execution-while building strong, trusted relationships with customers in DoD and government environments.
You won't just manage timelines, you'll lead teams, solve complex problems, and deliver results that have real-world impact.
What You'll Do
- Own full program execution across cost, schedule, and technical performance (CST)
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, finance, etc.) to deliver high-impact solutions
- Build and manage program plans, schedules, and budgets, including forecasting and resource planning
- Serve as the primary customer interface, building trusted relationships and identifying opportunities for growth
- Ensure alignment with contract scope, managing changes through formal change control processes
- Proactively identify and manage risks and opportunities, driving mitigation and resolution
- Deliver clear, actionable program reporting to leadership and customers
- Ensure compliance with ATS processes, quality standards, and government requirements
- Manage subcontractors and external partners when applicable

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience with government contracts, compliance, and reporting structures
- Active Secret Clearance
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) or similar frameworks
- Background in engineering, defense systems, or technical programs
- Experience managing subcontractors or multi-partner programs
- Direct experience with hypersonics, reentry vehicles, or similar flight vehicle systems
