Full Job Description
We're looking for a Business Project Manager to join a fast-paced program environment supporting major North American rollouts and go-lives, plus ongoing acquisition/transaction integrations. If you thrive in delivery-focused teams, can bring order to ambiguity, and are comfortable moving quickly (and fixing fast), this will be a strong fit.
What you'll do
Drive end-to-end execution for go-live readiness activities (UAT coordination, training readiness, user access setup, cutover planning, hypercare).
Lead transaction / acquisition integration project work across pre-close and post-close phases (pre-close experience is especially valued).
Partner with cross-functional teams including operations, leadership, legal, and regulatory stakeholders to manage dependencies, risks, and deadlines.
Run strong delivery fundamentals: integrated plans, RAID logs, governance cadence, and clear executive updates.
What we're looking for
Solid project management experience delivering programs with real go-live milestones.
Acquisition / transaction integration experience (not technical IT integration-business integration and deal-driven timelines).
Comfort working in a high-velocity, direct, non-9-to-5 culture.
Domain alignment with fuel distribution / downstream operations (or closely related operational environments).
Best fit is typically junior-to-mid level (roughly under 10 years), often from consulting or similar delivery backgrounds.
Nice to have
Exposure to SAP programs and/or RightAngle (especially for Canada/refinery workstreams).
Location / onsite Open to candidates across North America, ideally near a hub/office (examples: GTA/Mississauga, Montreal, Houston, Philadelphia). Onsite expectations are office-forward.
Contract or permanent Open to contract and/or permanent, with near-term delivery needs potentially aligning to 6-9 month contract coverage.
