Preferred Qualifications/Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: - Demonstrated experience managing projects with the use of a formal methodology.
- Demonstrated experienceand understanding of project management methods, methodologies, frameworks, terminology, and processes.
- Demonstratedexperience managing projects in the Office of the State Comptroller (OSC) and/or New York State (NYS) government.
- Excellent organizational skills and able to set priorities when working on multiple tasks.
- The ability to be flexible, adapt to change, and work well in a fast paced, participative, deadline-oriented environment with diverse assignments.
- Attendedprevious project management training, preferably certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI), and professional certification through the PMI.
- Proficient in Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and with Microsoft Teams.
- Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Telecommuting The Office of the New York State Comptroller (OSC) supports telecommuting where it is reasonable to do so based upon the agency's mission and operational needs.
