Elevate your career as a Control Account Manager (CAM) for Palmdale Skunk Works (ADP). In this key role, you'll ensure EVM compliance while managing cost, schedule, and technical performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the success of the world's most advanced aircraft.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Earned Value Management: Oversee compliance and implementation of EVM principles, managing cost, schedule, and technical scope.
• Performance Analysis: Conduct cost and schedule variance analysis, define root causes, and implement corrective actions to ensure project success.
• Leadership Reporting: Prepare comprehensive EVMS presentations and performance reports for leadership reviews, including Executive Vice President-level briefings.
• Task Management: Establish and manage daily, weekly, and monthly operations task schedules for the assigned scope.
• Budget and Staffing Oversight: Manage overhead expenditures, develop staffing plans, and ensure budget alignment with operations needs.
• Affordability Initiatives: Develop and implement cost-saving measures, driving efficiency and best practices across the team.
• Security Clearance is required
• Full Time Onsite Role
• Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience with Earned Value Management and production processes associated with development, implementation &/or management of cost and schedule performance baselines
  • Experience analyzing cost, schedule, &/or technical data.
  • Experience summarizing and presenting data to senior leadership in a clear, concise, & compelling format
  • Experience leading, working, and collaborating with cross-functional teams


Desired Skills

  • Certification as a Control Account Manager 101 (CAM) with prior CAM responsibilities
  • Hands-on familiarity with LM Aero Earned Value (EV) metrics, reports, processes, and data structures
  • Advanced knowledge of Aerospace Earned Value Management (EVMS) processes and procedures (including understanding of ANSII guidelines) with specific application to LM Aeronautics products
  • Familiarity with LM Aero scheduling systems used to plan and track performance.
  • Familiarity using SAP queries and investigating issues
  • Project Management experience and skills developing and managing a resource loaded schedule.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office suite of tools
  • Experience with Corrective Action and Problem Solving
  • Excellent organization, communication, presentation and time management skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn, assimilate, adapt to, and successfully execute constantly changing direction from leadership


Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $118000.00 - $219100.00

Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market(work location) and business considerations when extending an offer.

Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Flexible work arrangements and schedules (e.g., 4x10), 401(k) match, Paid time off, Holidays, Parental Leave, EAP, Flexible Spending Accounts, Education Assistance, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability.
  • Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
