Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

• A broad base of knowledge regarding electronic, electromechanical, and mechanical production
• A broad base of knowledge of setting up new production line / facility
• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
• Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization including to non-technical personnel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated skills in team building and leading through influence
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification
Desired Skills• Related professional level career experience in production operations
• Strong ERP systems knowledge
• Experience in Vehicle related development and/or production programs

• Understanding and wide application of assembly and Test methods
• First Unit Flow planning & execution

• Experience in the design of manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, machining and material handling.
• CAM Certification or cost analysis experience
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00
