Qualifications

• 5-7 years of project management experience
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Resides within commuting distance of Washington, Missouri
• Current work authorization in the United States
• Successful completion of application, assessment, interview, drug screen, and background check required

Responsibilities

• Serve as customer contact at order time and ensure contract fulfillment
• Coordinate with Production Scheduling to manage order lead times
• Address all order-related inquiries, including technical coordination with Engineering
• Follow inspection and design review requirements outlined in contracts
• Maintain complete order files with all correspondence
• Submit all required final documents per contract
• Resolve discussions regarding change orders or penalties
• Ensure all payments are collected and coordinate customer visits
