Project Lead - TADSS Support OperationsPosition Summary:OST is seeking a Project Lead - TADSS Support Operations to support Army Aviation training activities at Fort Rucker, AL. The ideal candidate will have a strong U.S. Army Aviation background, knowledge of the Fort Rucker/USAACE training environment, and experience supporting aviation instruction and simulation-based training.
Description of specific duties in a typical workday for this position:- Lead and coordinate TADSS and aviation training support activities at Fort Rucker.
- Support day-to-day execution, scheduling, and coordination of aviation training requirements.
- Work closely with Army customers, instructors, technical teams, and contractor personnel.
- Support aviation instruction and training involving UH-60 Black Hawk, CH-47 Chinook, and/or AH-64 Apache platforms.
- Coordinate simulator/TADSS resources and help resolve issues impacting training execution.
Requirements (Years of experience, Education, Certifications):- Strong U.S. Army Aviation background.
- Experience in Army aviation instruction, flight training, or aviation training support.
- Experience with UH-60, CH-47, and/or AH-64 aircraft.
- Familiarity with TADSS, flight simulators, or simulation-based aviation training.
- Knowledge of the Fort Rucker/USAACE environment strongly preferred.
- Previous experience as an Army Aviator, Instructor Pilot, Aviation Instructor, or Army Aviation training professional highly desired.
- Experience with Flight School XXI (FSXXI) or FSTSS is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- S. Citizenship required.
- Active Secret Clearance
