Summary:
Provides construction management oversight and project execution support for military healthcare facility projects.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
- Review RFIs, submittals, and change requests.
- Coordinate with construction agents and stakeholders.
- Support commissioning, turnover, and activation activities.
- Participate in site visits and construction meetings.
- Develop project status reports and executive briefings.
Qualifications
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 5+ years of healthcare construction experience.
- Experience managing project schedules and construction documentation.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a favorable Tier 1/NACI investigation and Common Access Card (CAC).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active Secret Clearance preferred.
- PMP or CCM certification.
- NAVFAC construction experience.
- USACE construction experience.
- Healthcare commissioning experience.
- Experience supporting hospital replacement programs.
- Prior experience supporting Defense Health Agency (DHA), DHA Facilities Enterprise (DHA-FE), NAVFAC Medical Facilities Program Office (MFPO), USACE Medical MILCON programs, Veterans Affairs (VA) healthcare facilities, military hospital replacement programs, healthcare activation/IO&T efforts, SEPS planning, or federal healthcare construction programs.
