Project/Team: Project Lead - 14G Instructor Support

Background:Navanti seeks a Project Lead (PL) to support the Program Manager and serve as the on-site interface with the Government COR for the 14G instructor program. The PL will coordinate daily operations, supervise instructors, and ensure training delivery meets Army and TRADOC standards.
Core Responsibilities:Primary Duties- Serve as the on-site interface with the Government COR for the 14G training program
- Supervise daily activities of 14G instructors to ensure compliance with Army standards
- Coordinate weekly staffing updates, scheduling, and backfill of vacancies
- Support Program Manager in Quality Assurance, reporting, and corrective action processes
- Ensure instructors maintain certifications, qualifications, and compliance with TRADOC regulations
- Track instructor training and certifications
- Support new instructor onboarding
- Oversee team leads
Secondary Duties- Help implement training material updates and validation efforts
- Contribute to program-level risk management and quality control oversight
Minimum Requirements:- Graduate of MOS 14G course
- Minimum 10 years' experience in Air Defense Artillery (14G) MOS
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience in training/instructor roles
- Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills
- Active SECRET clearance (must be maintained throughout contract)
Certification Requirements:- Support Cadre Training Course (SCTC) or Cadre Support Course (within 90 days)
- 14G10 Instructor Course Certification
