SummaryWe are seeking a Project Executive to lead teams across multiple large construction projects, ensuring successful delivery, profitability, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee project budgets, schedules, quality, contract compliance, and risk management.
- Provide executive leadership with monthly reports on financial performance, fee and contingency projections, labor, cash flow, compliance, and outstanding claims.
- Resolve complex contractual, design, personnel, and project issues, communicating risks and action plans through resolution.
- Review subcontracts and change orders before executive approval.
- Hire, mentor, and evaluate project staff; coordinate training, career development, and performance improvement with HR.
- Ensure project administrators maintain accurate records, compliance requirements, and risk controls.
- Develop relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors; identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Step into project management responsibilities as needed to support project delivery.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Construction Management, Project Management, or an equivalent field.
- At least 10 years of commercial construction project management experience with demonstrated success leading project teams.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, risk analysis, and financial management.
- Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while mentoring staff and building strong working relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and project management software; P6 and Procore experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and successful completion of pre-employment criminal background, driving, and drug screenings.

Must be able to converse on the telephone and in person, use hands and fingers to write and type, prepare email messages with attached files, and use personal computers and calculators. The employee will periodically need to lift and/or carry heavy documents such as specifications and/ or equipment, weighing up to seventy-five pounds.
