Certified Project Manager (PMP or equivalent) with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end project execution, from planning and award through final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, to meet or exceed the customer's expectations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Coordinate internal teams and external entities to ensure seamless execution.
- Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor project performance and efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and organizational standards.
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or a related leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional projects.
- Ability to appropriately manage multiple ~5 projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana).
Preferred Qualifications:- Master's degree (MBA or related field) is a plus but not required.
- Project Management Certificate (PMP, CAMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
- Experience in (e.g., engineering, construction, manufacturing, logistics, technology).
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous process improvement methodologies.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, face-paced, demanding environment.
- Experience implementing and using artificial intelligence (AI) platforms to enhance project efficiency.
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) concepts.
Travel:- Must be willing to travel up to 25% of time to project sites and client locations.
