You do need construction fundamentals, organization, clear communication, and the drive to learn. We'll teach you R-2's systems and processes while giving you meaningful responsibilities-not just a seat on the sidelines.
What you bring- Construction field or project coordination experience; two or more years preferred.
- Ability to read plans and specifications and support RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
- Interest in schedules, quantity tracking, materials, costs, and the details that keep projects moving.
- A proactive, dependable approach to working with field leadership, vendors, and project teams.
- Willingness to work on active jobsites and travel; a related degree is valued, but equivalent experience counts.
