Job Description:

Overview:

The Project Engineer leads the design and coordination of land development projects for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Applies advanced civil engineering knowledge to produce site layouts, grading, utilities, and drainage plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare plans, specifications, and cost estimates for civil site projects
  • Develop grading, drainage, and utility designs in AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Conduct feasibility analyses and layout studies for site optimization
  • Support permitting efforts with reports, exhibits, and technical responses
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and regulatory entities
  • Perform quality reviews of design deliverables
  • Guide junior engineers and review their technical work
  • Prepare drainage studies and utility service reports
  • Manage task-level schedules and project milestones
  • Attend client meetings and contribute to project planning

Qualifications:
