BS or MS in an Engineering Field (Mechanical, Aerospace, Aeronautical, etc.)
At least 6 years of experience in composite component design and manufacturing, preferably in aerospace
Proven project management skills with emphasis on scoping, scheduling, and communication
Proficient in mold design, DFM, fixturing, and work instruction development
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills
High proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD software
Familiar with ERP systems, workflows, and ISO/AS standards
Responsibilities
Interface with customers to gather requirements and develop project estimates
Collaborate with customers and manufacturing teams during the design process
Lead cross-departmental project planning and design review meetings
Create CAD models and technical drawings for parts and tooling
Develop production support documentation such as ply kits and lamination instructions
Determine material specifications and generate BOMs
Define and manage project timelines and monitor costs

What you will bring to the Team
