Qualifications

• 5-8 years of recent professional experience in project or construction management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Demonstrated initiative and decision-making skills.
• Experience with Educational programs/projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with Division of State Architect (DSA) projects is beneficial.
• Professional certifications like PE or CCM are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and engineering support to College Project Teams.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders including contractors and architects.
• Participate in and occasionally lead construction and design meetings.
• Conduct field checks to ensure compliance with project specifications and local standards.
• Assist in preparing correspondence, reports, and guidelines.
• Manage construction change orders and field orders, including reviews and negotiations.
• Facilitate resolutions for construction and design issues and maintain project files.
