Project Engineer

The Challenge:
We are seeking a Project Engineer to join our team to support our Project Managers for construction and mission support type projects globally.
Principal Areas of Responsibility:
- Assist Project Managers coordinating Production, Quality Control, Health and Safety, and international support staff
- Monitor subcontractor performance
- Generate internal and external project reports
- Assist with preparing bids and proposals and providing subject matter material
- Review project schedules. Support the development and updating of project schedules
- Input submittals and other data into the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Resident Management System (RMS)
- Review invoices and track billings
- Write and review construction Safety Plans, Quality Control Plans and Work Plans
- Review design submittals and provide comments to the design team on Design-Build projects
- Perform site visits to confirm quality performance and project execution
- Communicate effectively with U.S. DOD active duty and civilian personnel and multi-cultural staff and subcontractors.
Required Qualifications:
- Engineering, architecture or equivalent Construction Management Degree required
- 7+ Years of experience working on construction or construction management projects, including on-site experience. International experience is a plus. U.S. DoD construction experience is a plus
Salary Range:
This position has an annual range of $83,000.00 To $104,000.00. The actual hourly is based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
