About the Role

Bohler's West Hartford, CT office is seeking a Project Engineer who's ready to take the next step in technical and professional growth. You'll lead aspects of site design, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to project delivery across diverse commercial, residential, and industrial projects in Connecticut. This is a role for engineers who thrive on problem-solving, teamwork, and building what's next, with the flexibility to shape their future path at Bohler.

What You'll Do

  • Design and coordinate site layouts, grading, drainage, and utility systems for complex projects.
  • Analyze zoning regulations, site conditions, and environmental constraints to guide design decisions.
  • Perform stormwater management and hydrology calculations using AutoCAD Civil 3D and design software.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to deliver cohesive design packages.
  • Review technical reports, construction documents, and cost estimates.
  • Mentor junior engineers and assist in technical training and quality review.
  • Support client communication, permitting efforts, and coordination with review agencies.


What You'll Bring
