The Bureau of Contracts e-contracting application Project Coordinator will be responsible for overall planning, directing and coordinating systems analysis, design, application program development, maintenance, implementation and quality assurance activities following CIO standards and Java frameworks and design patterns. The Project Coordinator will supervise a newly established team of professionals in maintaining, upgrading and/or replacing custom e-contracting applications.

Minimum Qualifications:The incumbent must have at least nine (9) years of general experience in Computer Programming, Systems Analysis and Application program development activities with demonstrated experience in JavaScript
AND Two (2) years of supervisory experience.
Education Substitutions:An associate's degree may be substituted for two (2) years of general experience.
A bachelor's degree may be substituted for four (4) years of general experience.
A master's degree may be substituted for five (5) years of general experience.
