Responsibilities

  • Establish Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and complex project schedules
  • Coordinate with team members across various phases
  • Develop and monitor key project metrics
  • Participate in coordination meetings to align project goals
  • Conduct site visits to ensure project alignment
  • Review schedule baselines and updates regularly
  • Create detailed cost estimates for projects

Full Job Description
In the role of Project Controls Specialist, we'll count on you to:

  • Establish WBS, and develop and maintain complex project schedules for various phases of the project
  • Coordinate with necessary team members
  • Develop and monitor project metrics
  • Participate in project coordination meetings
  • Conduct project site visits if applicable
  • Conduct schedule baseline and schedule update reviews
  • Develop cost estimates
  • Perform other duties as needed


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project controls work on engineering and construction projects (or equivalent), preferrably including planning, estimating, forecasting, scheduling, cost control, schedule control, and project reports
  • Certifications (one or more): PSP, PMP, PE, CM, EVP, PMI-SP, CST
  • Ability to interpret construction schedules
