HGA is seeking a PC Lead: Progress & EVM Lead to support client operations in Clay, New York, providing critical oversight of project progress validation, schedule integrity, and Earned Value Management on a multi-billion-dollar semiconductor capital program.

Position Overview:

  • This role will act as the primary authority on project progress validation, schedule integrity, and Earned Value Management systems. The position will be responsible for forensic schedule analysis, validation of contractor-reported progress, and alignment of field execution with baseline metrics.
  • The ideal candidate is highly technical, with deep hands-on experience in Primavera P6 and advanced data manipulation to reconcile large, complex datasets across multiple contractors.
Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project scheduling and progress measurement, including mega-projects
  • Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, including logic analysis, critical path evaluation, and schedule risk assessment
