Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for providing project controls support to program and project leadership in risk management and one or more of the areas of planning and scheduling, cost, estimating, and change management/trends across a variety of programs/projects. This role aids in the documentation and capture of the project risk management plan developed by program/project leadership, monitors and measures performance against the plan, and reports on key data metrics back to program/project leadership.
Job Profile Tasks/Responsibilities- Provide project controls support to project teams.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, ensuring accurate timelines and resource allocation.
- Support program/project leadership in collecting progress and performance updates and updating schedules to reflect actual progress and changes.
- Track and monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial forecasts for assigned program/projects.
- Prepare cost reports and financial analyses.
- Help identify project risks and support the development of mitigation strategies.
- Maintain risk registers and ensure timely updates.
- Create and distribute project status reports and performance dashboards to program/project leadership.
- Support the development of project metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track progress and performance.
- Maintain professional demeanor and behavior at all times in all forms of communication.
- Support team members with the execution of the core tasks and responsibilities listed in the Job Profile Task/Responsibilities section of this document, under guided supervision.
- Based on assigned project, could perform detailed quantity surveys using on screen takeoff tools.
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
Job Profile Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
- Typically, three plus years' experience in engineering, project management or related industry experience.
- Experience using estimating software applications to price activities from quantity surveys.
Desired Qualifications- Fluency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Visio.
- Experience with Power BI, DAX programming, VBA programming.

Work Site Expectations: 5 days in office
Travel Expectations: 5% (as needed for project assignment)
Hours: Standard office hours are 8:00am ET to 5:00pm ET, Monday - Friday

Offers within the posted salary range are commensurate with the individual's qualifications for the position, along with a view on internal equity, market data, and room for growth. The salary range for this position is:
$105,000 -$117.500
