Full Job Description
In the role of Project Controls Analyst, we'll count on you to:
Use processes and tools established on projects
Develop and assist in preparation of schedules
Prepare various reports
Co-ordinate information flow between project participants, including subconsultants, and if appropriate between project team and the client
Demonstrate understanding of project controls tools including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Project, etc.
Assist in schedule baseline and schedule update reviews
Assist in costs estimate development and review
Monitor, update and review financial data
Coordinate and maintain project documentation
Perform other duties as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Construction, engineering or related field
Certifications (one or more): AEP, CST, CCT, CACM, CMIT, CDT, PSP, EVP, PMI-SP, EIT
Ability to interpret construction schedules
Skilled in Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6
