Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the work of consultants, contractors, and internal design teams to integrate project aspects like mechanical, electrical, and structural systems.
• Manage project schedules and budgets, tracking milestones and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
• Conduct on-site inspections to address discrepancies and uphold quality standards in construction.
• Act as a liaison between clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure all parties remain aligned with project goals.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior staff to enhance their skills in architectural processes.
