In this role, you'll be involved with healthcare projects from early planning and design through construction administration, serving as a trusted partner to clients and a steady leader for multidisciplinary project teams. Essential Job Functions- Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare clients, delivering responsive, thoughtful service and building relationships that extend beyond a single project.
- Engage in healthcare projects from initial programming and conceptual design through construction documentation and construction administration.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary internal teams, consultants, contractors and client stakeholders to support clear communication and successful project delivery.
- Anticipate project and client needs, help identify challenges early and guide teams toward practical, creative solutions.
- Maintain a high standard of design quality, technical accuracy and documentation throughout every phase of the project.
- Collaborate with RDG's healthcare leaders and teams across offices, drawing on firmwide expertise and resources.
- Support client presentations, interviews, proposals and other relationship-building efforts.
- Mentor emerging professionals and contribute to the culture, capabilities and continued growth of the Madison office.

Education & Experience- Bachelor's or graduate degree in architecture from an accredited program.
