Project Architect As a Project Architect at Arquitectonica, you will work on a variety of projects and be involved in the design, documentation and construction of our projects. Roles and Responsibilities- Understand both architectural design and documentation processes
- Develop, prepare and coordinate presentation and documentation materials
- Develop and produce construction documents and detail sketches
- Generate and execute red-lined revisions
- Collaborate and coordinate with project consultants
- Analyze and prepare program, space planning and area calculations
- Work independently and with your team to meet project budgetary and schedule constraints
- Construction Administration experience and capabilities preferred but not required
Minimum Requirements- Professional accredited degree in Architecture
- 6+ years' continuous professional working experience
- Proficiency in Revit is required
- Experience in all phases and aspects of a project
- Experience in detailing and construction documentation
- Experience with multifamily and mixed-use projects; office experience is a plus
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving skills, attention to detail, motivation to learn
- Collaborative and professional work ethic
- Licensure or ARE progress
