The Opportunity:

The Project Analyst will work within the Program Management Team (PMO) to provide oversight and management of global C4ISR DoD projects.  

Responsibilities:

• Coordination with stakeholders to identify mission requirements and schedules as well as coordination with project managers to identify resources.
• Provide support of tasks and functional operations.
• Develop operation plans that fit within budget and meet customer requirements for global support.
• Perform as a liaison between technical and functional areas.
• Support project managers in planning and monitoring program operations.
• Conduct thorough analysis of project requirements to ensure all stakeholders’ needs are met.
• Collaborate with teams to translate requirements into actionable plans and deliverables.
• Create detailed reports on project progress, issues, and outcomes.
• Ensure reports are clear, concise, and tailored to the audience’s needs.
• Develop and deliver professional presentations to communicate project status, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Utilize visual aids and data to enhance the effectiveness of presentations.
• Utilize Microsoft Word to draft, edit, and format documents to professional standards.
• Analyze data and create spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel to support decision-making and reporting.

Qualifications:

Required: 

• Bachelor’s degree in any technical or managerial discipline.
• 5+ years of direct work experience with C4ISR or similar program/projects.
• 2+ years of direct work experience with design/development, production, installation, and test & evaluation of RF Communications or Communication Networks.
• Experience supervising a project team.
• Experience scheduling work, writing proposals and/or preparing bid.\
• Experience ordering and/or transporting equipment and material.
• Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures.
• Exceptional written and oral communications abilities.

Desired:

• Masters degree in Business or Operations.
• 10+ years supporting USSOCOM.
