At Husco, you'll be a driving force behind the development and launch of innovative hydraulic and electro-mechanical systems that enhance efficiency and performance. Whether you're guiding complex customer programs or partnering with cross-functional teams to bring new products to market, your work will be anything but ordinary.

As a Manager - Program, you will play a crucial role in our success. You will lead customer programs from prototype through production launch while helping teams deliver quality, cost, timing, and performance objectives.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead multiple complex customer programs from prototype build and verification testing through production launch.
  • Partner with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, suppliers, and customers to successfully launch new products.
  • Manage program budgets, financial metrics, cost models, and cost optimization opportunities throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Use your technical expertise to guide product design, design control, troubleshooting, testing, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Build strong customer relationships by providing clear communication, technical support, problem resolution, and corrective action follow-up.
  • Lead and develop an Applications Engineering team through coaching, mentoring, performance development, and talent growth.
  • Serve as a cross-functional leader who balances customer expectations, business needs, technical requirements, and project timelines.


What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
  • 12+ years of engineering experience with demonstrated success leading complex customer programs and product launches.
  • Experience with product design, verification testing, supplier development, customer support, and production launch processes.
  • Ability to coordinate project activities across multiple functions and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of APQP, engineering drawing practices, GD&T, and manufacturing processes.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
