As a Manager - Program, you will play a crucial role in our success. You will lead customer programs from prototype through production launch while helping teams deliver quality, cost, timing, and performance objectives.
What You'll Be Doing:- Lead multiple complex customer programs from prototype build and verification testing through production launch.
- Partner with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, suppliers, and customers to successfully launch new products.
- Manage program budgets, financial metrics, cost models, and cost optimization opportunities throughout the product lifecycle.
- Use your technical expertise to guide product design, design control, troubleshooting, testing, and continuous improvement activities.
- Build strong customer relationships by providing clear communication, technical support, problem resolution, and corrective action follow-up.
- Lead and develop an Applications Engineering team through coaching, mentoring, performance development, and talent growth.
- Serve as a cross-functional leader who balances customer expectations, business needs, technical requirements, and project timelines.
What You'll Need:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
- 12+ years of engineering experience with demonstrated success leading complex customer programs and product launches.
- Experience with product design, verification testing, supplier development, customer support, and production launch processes.
- Ability to coordinate project activities across multiple functions and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of APQP, engineering drawing practices, GD&T, and manufacturing processes.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
