Full Job Description
We are looking for a strong ABAP developer with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll experience. The individual would be responsible for:
• Developing integrations based off functional specifications and/or modifying based on feedback
• Updating documentation as needed
• Addressing payroll integration defects and troubleshooting; working with the business analysts, vendors and functional business owners to resolve
• Follow change-control procedures for any integration modifications.
• Provide clear, business-focused updates to the Integrations Manager and project leadership.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve code and data quality.
Basic Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience developing and maintaining payroll/finance integrations in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
• Proficient in SAP EC/ECP data flows and structures.
• Proven ability to translate functional specifications into integrations performing key business processes.
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll or SAP ABAP certification.
Desired Skills:
• Technical experience with of APIs, middleware, or scripting (e.g., SQL, Power Query, Python)
• Experience working in Scrum/Agile teams, participating in sprint ceremonies, and managing backlog items.
• Experience with robotic process automation or AI-driven code tools.
• Prior experience supporting large-scale transformation programs
