Corvid's growing product portfolio requires the addition of a Program Planner / Master Scheduler to help drive program execution, specifically as it relates to the design, development and production of complex weapon systems on time and budget. As the Program Planner / Master Scheduler you will work across program management, engineering, and manufacturing team and will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and communicating the Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for new and existing programs.
This unique position will require a strong analytical planner that understands schedule integration, critical paths, and risk mitigation activities for complex aerospace programs. Candidate will use accurate data and professional experience to articulate clear narratives to program stakeholders (internal and customer) to help shape reliable schedules that meet program objectives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Actively developing, supporting and maintaining new and existing program plans
- Identifying and resolving potential issues related to the program, including critical paths
- Developing and maintaining the IMP and IMS, integrating supplemental schedules and the Program Summary Master Schedule
- Execute critical-path and risk analyses using project-management tools, and document corrective actions for off-schedule tasks
- Produce schedule metrics and related narratives for proposals, contracts, and "what-if" scenarios including - including presenting relevant information to various stakeholder
- Conduct independent network analyses, quality assessments, and prepare documentation for surveillance reviews as required by internal and customer requirements
Requirements: - Candidate must be a US Citizen and meet eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance
- Demonstrated experience with scheduling tools (MS Project, Open Plan, etc.) specifically as it relates to IMP/IMS development and maintenance
- Demonstrated ability to develop and disseminate program specific information via briefings, reports, and other communication methods specifically to inform stakeholders and shape program schedules
- Schedule Risk Assessment experience with demonstrated ability to mitigate program challenges
- Demonstrated experience with Integrated Master Plan and Integrated Master Schedule development
- Strong MS Office skills, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Preferred candidate will have experience working EVM related tasking and an understanding of Work Breakdown Structures' (WBS) impact on scheduling and program execution
