Job Description
The Technology Program Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of complex technology programs consisting of multiple related projects and workstreams. Working closely with business partners, project managers, vendors, and technology functions, this individual provides program-level leadership, governance, integrated planning, and coordination to ensure projects collectively achieve program and organizational objectives.
This position is open to candidates in the Seattle, WA area. You will have a hybrid remote/in-office schedule where you will work from our casual, pet-friendly office at least 3 days a week.
Responsibilities:
Lead corporate-wide IT programs consisting of multiple related projects and workstreams.
Define program objectives, scope, priorities, roadmaps, governance, milestones, and success measures.
Create and maintain integrated and interlocking schedules across projects and track cross-project dependencies.
Understand how individual projects affect the program and exercise judgment in elevating issues and risks to the appropriate level.
Coordinate project managers, business stakeholders, vendors, contractors, and technology resources to support effective program execution.
Establish program-level risk, issue, dependency, decision, and change-management practices and drive resolution of cross-project blockers.
Provide leadership and mentoring to project team managers, foster a positive team environment, and provide direction in ambiguous situations.
Use negotiation, influence, and creativity to resolve conflicts involving scope, schedule, costs/budget, risks, dependencies, and resources across the program.
Establish program status reporting and provide consolidated visibility into milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, resources, and overall program health.

Qualifications:

Compensation:
The base salary range for this position is $115,000 - $125,000 USD on a full-time schedule.
Along with base salary, Trupanion employees may be eligible for monthly bonuses.
