Job Summary

The Program Manager - TPO Power leads IT infrastructure service delivery across enterprise operations, overseeing project execution and resource coordination for cloud services, operating systems, databases, networks, telecommunications, and hardware environments. This role serves as the primary point of contact for infrastructure service delivery, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and alignment with business and technology objectives.

The Program Manager partners closely with business leaders, IT application teams, and technical operations managers to define service requirements, manage projects and programs, and continuously improve service effectiveness and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as primary point of contact for infrastructure service delivery, including incident management, compliance assurance, operational performance, and budget oversight.
  • Partner with business and IT application leaders to gather requirements and define projects, programs, and service delivery initiatives.
  • Coordinate daily operations and project execution across technical operations teams to ensure agreed service levels are met.
  • Develop service delivery strategies aligned with business goals and global technology standards.
  • Lead operational performance through strategic planning, continuous improvement, and process optimization.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and change controls to ensure successful execution.
  • Establish standardized frameworks, processes, and best practices for project delivery and service management.
  • Drive ongoing improvements in technical and business processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Develop and enforce quality assurance policies in alignment with regulatory and security standards.
  • Oversee infrastructure readiness to support business growth and emerging technologies.
  • Manage IT budgets and procurement activities across capital and operational expenditures.
  • Promote best practices in high-volume, fast-paced operational environments.
  • Serve as technical project manager for smaller initiatives when required.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant IT experience with at least 5 years in project or program management.
  • Broad experience in technology leadership, operations, and infrastructure management.
  • Strong technical knowledge across cloud platforms, servers, storage, networking, backup, and telecommunications.
  • Proven ability to manage complex programs, strategic initiatives, risk, and change management.
  • Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and influencing abilities.
  • Commitment to IT security, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Flexibility to work across time zones and adjust schedules as needed.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications
