Full Job Description
ABOUT THE TEAM

The Air Dominance and Strike Division is one of Anduril's fastest growing, most technically complex divisions. We develop and build collaborative combat aircraft, missiles, and the software that powers these autonomous weapons. We are scaling production of a first-of-kind autonomous aircraft at Arsenal 1 in Ohio at a pace the defense industry has never attempted.
ABOUT THE JOB

There is no inherited supply chain strategy for this product. You define how supply risk, continuity, and supplier performance are tracked, acted on, and reported for a first-of-kind product. You build the capabilities that make the supply base resilient before a disruption hits. You do not run procurement transactions. You own whether the supply base can deliver on cost, on schedule, and at rate.

Success in this position hinges on three key facets:
  • Strategy that survives contact. You work with the Supply Chain leadership to set the supply chain strategy and translate it into roadmaps, leading indicators, and decisions that hold up ensure we not limited by a vendor's performance.
  • Execution at velocity. Disruptions resolve in hours, not weeks. You diagnose the constraint, build the right people into the room, and drive the mitigation. The health of the supply chain will be reliant on you measuring the inputs and outputs effectively, and working closely with Supply Chain leadership to drive execution to plan.
  • Credibility driven leadership. You earn trust across sourcing, engineering, production, quality, and supplier leadership by being rigorous, fast, and always right.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Work with Supply Chain leadership to set and own the supply chain strategy that takes a first of kind autonomous aircraft from development to rate, spanning supply assurance, supply-base resilience, and sourcing innovation
  • Build supply risk intelligence into a system by identifying single points of failure across critical, long-lead, and sole-source parts, then embed actionable insight into sourcing and production decisions
  • Own supplier performance and time-to-resolution on disruptions mechanisms, driving sourcing strategy to reduce single-points-of-failure on the parts that gate delivery or rate
  • Translate strategy into prioritized roadmaps and measurable outcomes, then drive cross-functional decisions when supply, engineering, quality and production priorities conflict
  • Build and operationalize an innovation pipeline of supplier pilots, partnerships, and new capabilities that strengthen supply continuity and long-term cost position
  • Connect supplier performance and supply risk to unit cost and the integrated master schedule, so supply chain health is visible in program level financial and schedule KPIs
  • Define which supply metrics drive decisions versus which report status, building leading indicator systems that enable early intervention
  • Leverage quantitative models, including trade studies, sensitivity analysis, and predictive modeling, to inform sourcing strategy and resource allocation
  • Prepare analysis, documentation, and briefings for internal teams, suppliers, customers, and government stakeholders
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 6+ years in supply chain strategy, sourcing, or supply program management on complex hardware programs through development and production
  • Demonstrated ownership of supply risk and supplier performance on programs with aggressive timelines and rapid scale
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional transformation without direct authority
  • Experience building supply chain capabilities or program management systems from scratch in environments without an established playbook
  • Ability to translate complex supply and cost data into actionable strategy and clear prioritization
  • Comfortable building or interpreting quantitative models to inform sourcing and program decisions
  • Familiar with version control, scripting, scalable workflows, and reproducible analysis practices
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent demonstrated application of structured problem solving and process improvement in production supply chains
  • Experience in aerospace, defense, or autonomous systems supply chains
  • Track record building and scaling innovation pipelines, supplier pilots, or new sourcing capabilities
  • Proficiency with data tools such as Palantir Foundry, discrete event simulation, or custom analytics stacks
  • Background in trade studies, causal modeling, or sensitivity analysis applied to supply or production decisions
  • Experience interfacing with government customers (DCMA, USAF) on supply status and delivery
