Position Title:Program Manager
Working independently, manages all aspects of a program from inception through final delivery of product. Resolves problems, escalating as necessary, and makes recommendations and occasional decisions regarding pricing, schedules, commit dates, etc.
Program management also emphasizes the coordinating and prioritizing of resources, managing links between the program and the overall costs and risks of the program
Builds productive internal/external working relationships
Responsible for all program aspects and ensures program-related decisions are guided by the terms and conditions of the customer's contract
Responsible for customer management and satisfaction, order management and delivery, revenue achievement, business issue resolution (A/R, E&O material issues, PPV, credit, RMA's), and business development
Develop and maintain business relationships with customers and cultivate relationships that establish SCI's consultative approach and promote its total solution capabilities within customers' and potential customer's organizations
Understand Sanmina and SCI Technology, Inc. offerings for vertical integration and directs customer appropriately towards additional or alternative Sanmina-SCI products or services
May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Education and Experience:
Candidate must be a U.S. citizen.
Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
