Full Job Description
We are looking for a Program Manager who is responsible for the Company's project management function and supports the successful execution of strategic business priorities. This role oversees cross-functional projects, drives accountability for key initiatives, manages internal communications related to organizational priorities, and provides oversight of strategic plan implementation. Working closely with executive leadership and business partners, the Program Manager helps align teams, resources, and objectives to ensure projects and strategic initiatives achieve intended outcomes.

You will get to:

  • Support the execution and ongoing management of the Company's strategic planning process, ensuring organizational priorities, initiatives, and goals remain aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor progress against strategic initiatives, key milestones, and organizational objectives, providing visibility, status updates, and recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Partner with business leaders to ensure strategic priorities are effectively communicated, understood, and translated into actionable plans across the organization.
  • Develop and manage internal communications related to organizational priorities, strategic initiatives, leadership updates, and company-wide programs.
  • Create and maintain content for internal communication channels, including digital signage, intranet platforms, town halls, presentations, and employee communications.
  • Oversee the Company's project management function, ensuring projects and initiatives are appropriately prioritized, coordinated, and aligned with organizational objectives
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, timelines, milestones, and reporting tools to support successful execution of strategic initiatives and business projects.
  • Identify project risks, resource constraints, and implementation challenges; partner with stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies and drive timely resolution.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance project management processes, tools, and best practices to improve consistency, efficiency, and organizational execution.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project execution, cross-functional coordination, and organizational effectiveness through process improvements and standardized practices.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Generally, a minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience in program management, project management or strategic planning, with a bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Generally, a minimum of four (4) years of experience leading and managing teams.

  • Strong knowledge of project and program management principles, tools, and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of strategic planning, goal deployment, and organizational performance tracking
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks and recommend solutions.
  • Ability to facilitate meetings, drive accountability, and follow through on action items and strategic initiatives.
  • Proficiency with project management systems and Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
