What you'll do- Drive Program Excellence: Direct the end-to-end execution of complex OSP telecom construction programs, including fiber deployments, network builds, and utility infrastructure projects.
- Lead Client & Stakeholder Relations: Act as the strategic liaison for key clients, delivering transparent status updates, managing scope, and resolving complex challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Deliver Customized Client Solutions: Take full ownership of finding tailored answers for our clients, recognizing that every project and program carries unique requirements, constraints, and goals.
- Master Financial Performance: Direct program budgets, forecasting, and profitability goals while ensuring timely milestone billing and efficient resource management.
- Empower Field & Office Teams: Partner closely with Project Managers, Field Supervisors, and subcontractors to streamline daily workflows and remove operational roadblocks.
- Champion Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safety-first culture by enforcing strict adherence to OSHA regulations, North Sky safety standards, and local/federal permitting requirements across all job sites.
- Optimize Operational Workflows: Continuous improvement is in our DNA, you will refine project tracking, risk management, and close-out processes to elevate operational efficiency.
What you'll needProven Background: 5+ years of operational or program management experience in telecommunications, utility infrastructure, or outside plant (OSP) construction.
Dynamic Leadership & Adaptability: Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional field and management teams, adapt strategies to suit unique program needs, navigate tight deadlines, and resolve field operations challenges effectively.
Technical & Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of construction prints, engineering schematics, fiber deployment specs, and municipal permitting processes.
Tech Savvy: High proficiency with scheduling and tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet) and core productivity software (MS Excel, Google Workspace).
Education & Credentials: Bachelor's degree in related field (or equivalent hands-on industry experience). PMP certification is a plus.
Requirements: Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record; ability to pass pre-employment background screening and drug test.
