Job SummaryQualified Health is hiring a Program Manager to help scale our Program Management Office (PMO) across health system customers. You will turn a strong foundation into a repeatable, transparent operating model, with real-time visibility into every program and clear audits of artifacts, compliance, governance, and information security.
You will partner closely with the existing PM, customer-facing teams, and internal leaders. You may spend more time with one customer at first, but the role is customer-agnostic and customer-facing, so you will represent the PMO with confidence and clarity across accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Run day-to-day PMO operations across multiple customer programs, including weekly reporting, standing customer meetings, and follow-through on actions
- Lead program audits across artifacts, compliance, governance, and information security, and identify gaps, access and data blockers, and anything that limits acceleration
- Keep the PMO's source of truth current in Zoho and aligned with Notion, Slack, Jira, and Google Drive so program status is visible in real time
- Build and refine a daily digest and reporting views that surface what matters across tools
- Facilitate cross-customer working sessions where teams share what is working and exchange pilot and use-case learnings
- Represent the PMO with customers and align stakeholders across customer, technical, and internal teams, including delivering difficult messages clearly
- Trace recurring program issues to their root causes and turn the fixes into repeatable process improvements
- Help lay the groundwork for workforce and resource tracking and for organizational effectiveness and readiness across internal and external teams
Required Qualifications- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex programs and stakeholders at once
- Confident, clear customer-facing communication, including delivering difficult messages
- Experience aligning stakeholders and working effectively across functions
- Strong analytic thinking and root cause analysis
- Experience with strategy and road-mapping, and with workforce or resource management
- Hands-on fluency with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude, and with program and reporting tools such as Zoho, Jira, Notion, Slack, or Power BI
- A builder mindset: you know when to run with something and when to ask for help
- Active listening, emotional intelligence, executive presence, and humility, with comfort in ambiguity and a drive to create structure
Desirable Qualifications- Background in health AI, healthcare technology, or life sciences programs
- Experience building real-time visibility or analytics for program health
- Experience with compliance, governance, or information security audit processes
Pay & BenefitsThe pay range for this role is between $100,000 and $130,000, and will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This role is also eligible for equity and benefits.
