Program Manager- IT Business Integration

Infor PLM, CPQ, & LN Transformation

This is a hybrid role based in Pella, IA with flexibility available based on experience and willingness to travel.

We are seeking a Business Process Integrator to serve as a key member of our Business Transformation Team. This role is responsible for driving execution across program teams- bridging business needs with technical solutions, architecting future-state processes, and ensuring seamless implementation within assigned process domains. You will be responsible for planning, coordination, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness while successfully delivering business outcomes.

This position partners closely with Product Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Customer Experience, IT, and external implementation partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Program & Project Leadership
  • Lead day-to-day project execution for Product Concept to Launch (PC2L) and Lead to Customer (L2C) process lanes in close partnership with Business Process Champion(s), that own technical and functional direction for the initiative
  • Lead the enterprise Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) rollout across Engineering, coordinating data migration, process redesign, and user adoption
  • Lead the enterprise CPQ rollout across Customer Channels, tracking data migration & validation, user training, and overall readiness
  • Develop and manage project plans, milestones, resources, risks, and dependencies
  • Drive accountability, decision-making, and issue resolution across stakeholders
  • Provide regular communication and updates to leadership teams

Business Transformation Delivery
  • Coordinate implementation of business processes, data, and technology capabilities supporting product lifecycle management, customer engagement, quoting, ordering, and fulfillment
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives, solution design, and deployment activities
  • Support roadmap planning and execution across CRM, PLM, CPQ, ERP and related platforms

Stakeholder & Change Leadership
  • Work cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Procurement, Operations, and external implementation partners to ensure readiness for deployment
  • Guide team members toward better outcomes, resolve conflicts quickly, and provide constructive feedback
  • Coordinate testing, training, communication, and business readiness activities to support adoption and value realization

Continuous Improvement
  • Track project performance through KPIs and business outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve delivery effectiveness and operational performance
  • Promote best practices in project management, process improvement, and organizational change

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of project or program management experience leading enterprise initiatives
  • Demonstrated success delivering cross-functional business and technology transformations
  • Strong leadership, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing scope, schedule, resources, risks, and dependencies
  • Proven track record executing full implementation lifecycles (discovery through hypercare)
  • Experience managing software and process changes across all phases of an agile or iterative lifecycle
  • Experience implementing or supporting enterprise PLM, CPQ, or ERP Platforms
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented problem solver with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to influence management on technical and business solutions

Preferred
  • Experience with ERP, PLM, CPQ, CRM, or digital transformation programs
  • Manufacturing industry experience
  • PMP, Agile, or related project management certification
  • Experience with Jira or similar project management tools
  • Experience with AI-driven tools or RPA technologies
  • Experience in fenestration, construction materials, or discrete manufacturing
