We are seeking a Program Manager to join our team at Independent Living Systems (ILS). ILS, along with its affiliated health plans known as Florida Community Care and Florida Complete Care, is committed to promoting a higher quality of life and maximizing independence for all vulnerable populations.

About the Role:

The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple health-related programs to ensure they meet organizational goals and regulatory requirements. This role involves strategic planning, resource allocation, and continuous evaluation to optimize program effectiveness and impact on community health outcomes. The Program Manager will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and develop proposals to secure funding and support program sustainability. Effective communication with stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community partners, and internal teams, is essential to align program objectives and deliverables. Ultimately, this position drives the successful implementation and growth of health programs that improve service delivery and support vulnerable populations.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Health Care Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in program management within the health care or social assistance industry.
