JOB SUMMARY:The Health Through Housing Program Manager is responsibilities for coordinating and overseeing staff and operations at the Health through Housing Permanent Supportive Housing facility. Responsibilities include but are not limited to resolving tenant concerns and complaints, communicating regularly with the outreach, leadership and stakeholders on the status of the program, and working with the Mult-Site Community Manager and Public Health Equity Program Manager, to align operational planning, efficiency, and program delivery. The HTH Program Manager is responsible for managing and promoting a positive sense of community among residents by organizing and actively participating in on-site resident activities and services. The HTH Program Manager is responsible for the day-to-day administrative operations, processing accounts payable for the program, and participating as a member of the management team.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in social services or a related field preferred.
- Proven ability to work with people who may have issues related to substance addiction, physical and mental health problems, and who may be in need of social living skills.
- Prior people and program management experience.
- 2+ years non-profit experience.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience using HMIS.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.
- Good interpersonal skills and a strong ability to work effectively with the public.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and direction.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and make decisions based upon the analysis of individual unique factors.
- Demonstrated interest in working with persons experiencing poverty.
- Ability to guide and motivate others toward achieving goals.

DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:- Property Management experience including familiarity with basic bookkeeping.
- Knowledge of federal fair housing laws and any applicable local housing provisions.
- Working knowledge of Washington's landlord-tenant law and federal fair housing law.
- Section 8, Tax Credit or other Affordable Housing experience preferred
- HUD Certification strongly desired
- Experience with grant funding budget management
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
