Position Summary
The Program Manager will lead day-to-day contract operations and ensure work is completed on schedule, within established requirements, and according to applicable quality standards. The Program Manager will supervise contractor personnel, coordinate with Government stakeholders, monitor performance, and support continuous improvement across the program.

Prepare monthly status reports, staffing reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
Coordinate transition, onboarding, retention, and continuity activities.

Required Qualifications
Master's degree in a related field or 12 years of qualifying experience in lieu of the degree.
Minimum 8 years of specific Program Management experience.
Current Project Management Professional certification.
Experience managing schedules, budgets, risks, staffing, quality, and customer relationships.
Demonstrated knowledge of quality-management systems and ISO 9001 practices.
