There is no visa sponsorship for this role Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex enterprise transformation initiatives for global clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large, cross-functional programs spanning business, technology, operations, and organizational change. This role requires exceptional executive stakeholder management, strategic planning, roadmap development, business case creation, and program governance capabilities. The Program Manager will be responsible for aligning multiple workstreams, managing risks and dependencies, driving business outcomes, and ensuring successful delivery of enterprise-scale transformation programs. Key Responsibilities Program Leadership 37Lead large-scale enterprise transformation programs from initiation through successful execution. 37Develop and maintain program roadmaps, delivery plans, governance frameworks, and executive reporting. 37Coordinate multiple interconnected projects and workstreams across business and technology teams. 37Ensure alignment between strategic business objectives and program outcomes. Stakeholder Management 37Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors and senior business stakeholders. 37Facilitate steering committee meetings and executive governance forums. 37Drive decision-making and resolution of complex business and operational challenges. 37Communicate program status, risks, issues, and recommendations to leadership teams. Strategic Planning & Advisory 37Support development of transformation strategies, business cases, investment justification, and operating models. 37Partner with business leaders to define priorities, success metrics, and implementation roadmaps. 37Support opportunities for optimization, innovation, and organizational effectiveness. Program Governance & Execution 37Establish and monitor program governance, KPIs, milestones, budgets, and resource plans. 37Manage program risks, dependencies, scope changes, and issue resolution. 37Ensure delivery quality and adherence to agreed timelines and objectives. 37Drive cross-functional collaboration across business, technology, operations, and vendor teams[DK1]. Change Management 37Support business readiness and organizational adoption activities. 37Enable effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and change planning throughout the transformation journey. 37Track realization of expected business benefits and outcomes. Ideal Candidate Profile 3710-12 years of experience with 5+ years of Program management 375+ years of Program Management experience leading enterprise-scale initiatives. 378-10 years of professional experience in consulting, transformation, business operations, or technology programs. 37Proven experience managing complex programs involving multiple stakeholders, business functions, and workstreams. 37Experience presenting to and influencing senior executives and C-level stakeholders. 37Strong expertise in program governance, portfolio management, risk management, and executive reporting. 37Demonstrated success delivering large transformation initiatives in complex enterprise environments. 37Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications 37Experience working within major consulting organizations such as Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, EY, Capgemini, IBM Consulting, or similar firms. 37Experience supporting digital transformation, business transformation, cloud transformation, or operating model evolution programs. 37PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Prince2, SAFe, or equivalent certification. 37Experience managing global delivery teams across multiple geographies. Travel 37Ability to travel up to 20-30% based on client and business requirements Education: 37Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accounting & Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience. Compensation & Benefits for Fulltime hiring. Trianz compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay ranges between USD $150000 to $180,000. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
