5-7 years of experience in program management or financial services
Strong knowledge of Deferred Compensation and Supplement Employment Retirement Program (SERP) guidelines

Job Summary
The San Diego County Office of Education is recruiting for a Program Manager, Deferred Compensation.
The job of Program Manager, Deferred Compensation, is done for the purpose/s of directing business programs and financial services; providing information and serving as a resource to others; achieving defined objectives by planning, evaluating, developing, implementing and maintaining services for a Deferred Compensation Program in compliance with established guidelines for Supplement Employment Retirement Program (SERP).
The current assignment is located in San Diego, CA as part of the J.P.A. Funds department in the Business Services division within SDCOE.
Please note that while this current assignment is for the location listed, employees of SDCOE may be administratively reassigned to other locations based on organizational needs.
