Overview: Provides overall leadership and serves as the primary liaison with the client, ensuring successful delivery of all contract requirements.
Responsibilities:- Direct program performance, schedules, deliverables, and reporting.
- Lead transition-in/out, staffing continuity, and governance.
- Manage quality control and risk mitigation.
- Oversee coordination of all Key Personnel and team members.

Requirements:- Education: BA/BS with 10+ years (Master's preferred); or 20 years' experience in lieu of degree.
- Certifications: One of PMP, DAWIA PM, CISSP, CISM, CCISO, CASP+, or CGRC/CAP.
- Experience: 6gt;=10 years program/contract management, with 6gt;=5 years IT/Network Ops leadership.
