Program Manager (Life Sciences Enterprise Software)We're hiring an experienced
Program Manager with strong
LIMS or SaaS domain expertise to lead strategic customer delivery across complex enterprise environments in the life sciences industry. You'll own the full delivery lifecycle-driving scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction. This role requires someone who can hold teams accountable, communicate clearly with executives, and leverage AI tools daily to accelerate execution.
Pay: $70-$90/hr
Schedule: Full-time, M-F, 8-5pm
Location: Remote (travel required)
Duration: 1-year consulting role with potential for permanent hire
What You'll Do - Lead end-to-end delivery for strategic customer programs
- Build and manage project plans, schedules, and dependencies
- Maintain tight control over scope, budget, and timelines
- Serve as the primary customer contact and executive-level communicator
- Run kickoffs, status meetings, and steering committees
- Identify risks early and drive mitigation plans
- Deliver AI-enabled solutions from discovery through optimization
- Manage scope changes and formal change orders
- Ensure smooth handoff to Customer Success
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives
Must-Have Qualifications - Strong life sciences, LIMS, or SaaS expertise
- Proven ability to drive accountability and escalate issues when needed
- Use of AI tools for planning, communication, and delivery
- Active PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or similar certification
Experience & Education - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of project/program management experience delivering enterprise software
- 5-7 years leading cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of SDLC concepts
