Job DescriptionNCIS is a Department of the Navy organization with about 2,200 personnel, including 750 at Headquarters and the rest stationed worldwide. It is the Navy's primary agency for criminal investigations, law enforcement, counterterrorism, counterintelligence, and physical and personnel security. NCIS has primary investigative authority across the Department of the Navy and exclusive authority in non-combat cases involving crime, terrorism, sabotage, espionage, and subversive activity. It also serves as the main liaison with federal, state, local, security, and intelligence partners on investigative and security matters.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAgile Defense is seeking a Program Manager who brings proven leadership, deep familiarity with Navy training systems, and a strong track record of executing complex programs with excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate comprehensive expertise across core program management disciplines while consistently delivering high-quality results in fast-paced, mission-driven environments.
- Conceptual knowledge of U.S. Navy Integrated Training Systems
- Experience with cost, schedule and performance as it relates to program execution
- Program and Personnel Management
- Financial Management
- Risk Management Policies and Assessment
- Successfully managing Department of Defense (DoD)/Department of the Navy (DoN) Contracts/Task Orders of similar size and complexity
- Program Management experience running a large support services contract with multiple Sub-contractors
- Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with customers and to deliver quality products on time and within budget
- Demonstrated ability to plan, design, coordinate, and control the progress of project work to meet sponsor objectives
- Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse technical workforce consisting of multiple skill sets
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in one of the following areas: Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline
- Fifteen (15) years program management experience with eight (8) years of experience managing DoD/DoN programs
- Active PMP certification
- Active Top Secret US Security clearance
$140,000 - $160,000 a year
