Program Management IntegratorContingent Upon Customer Approval
Purpose:- Valkyrie Enterprises has an immediate need for a Program Management Integrator to provide cross-functional integration and program management support for our team in Huntsville, AL.
- The ideal candidate will have experience supporting product or program office operations, coordinating across multiple functional areas, and maintaining program priorities, schedules, and activities.
Job Description:- Synchronize efforts across engineering, contracting, logistics, business, test, and other functional areas to support timely program execution.
- Coordinate program priorities, schedules, activities, and dependencies to ensure alignment with overall program objectives.
- Develop and maintain program briefing charts, leadership updates, decision materials, and other program documentation.
- Ensure consistent and accurate program messaging across internal and external engagements.
- Track high-priority actions, milestones, risks, decisions, and leadership taskings to ensure accountability and timely closure.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action planning for safety-related incidents or anomalies.
- Maintain program-wide situational awareness and communicate emerging issues or concerns to program leadership.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders to identify dependencies, risks, and decisions requiring APM or leadership attention.
- Support leadership with information and materials necessary for program planning, execution, and decision-making.
- Travel up to 15% may be required.
Required Qualifications:- Must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience coordinating planning and/or operations within a product or program office.
- Must have strong organizational and program coordination skills.
- Must have the ability to effectively communicate and coordinate across multiple technical and functional organizations.
Desired Qualifications:- Familiarity with PAE Fires organizational structure and roles, preferred.
- Familiarity with current U.S. Army acquisition processes and organizational structures, preferred.
- Experience supporting one or more Army missile system programs, preferred.
Security Requirements:- Must possess and maintain an Active Secret security clearance.
Travel Requirements:- Up to 15% travel may be required.
- If position requires travel by domestic flight or access to secure federal facilities/military bases, candidate must be able to obtain (by start of position) and maintain appropriate identification credentials, such as REAL ID. Physical Requirements:- Remaining in a stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods
- Able to sit and work on a computer for long periods of time
- Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another
- Communicating with others to exchange information
- Light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds
