Full Job Description

Purpose and Impact:

Amentum is seeking a Program Management Analyst to support our U.S. Department of Energy and Counterintelligence (DOE-IN) contract. Position will be based in Albuquerque, NM area.

Work Schedule:

  • 5 days / 8 hours day

Essential Responsibilities:

  • The contractor shall provide all administrative support functions required by the activity and assist with the day-to-day program management activities, including strategic planning, budget planning and tracking, program briefing and report development, tracking deliverables, and developing and implementing project management cycles. Specific duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • With day-to-day program management activities, to include budget planning and tracking, strategy implementation, and program briefing/report development; 
  • In tracking program deliverables and in developing/implementing project management cycles to include periodic update of division priorities, review/tracking of project proposals, project selection, and providing feedback on performance; 
  • In the annual development of a work plan that details projects to be completed and how they relate to established priorities; and
  • With preparing final correspondence, reports and other published material; preparing briefing material; and establishing and maintaining program files.
  • With development of strategic planning documents for the supported CI program.
  • Engage with POCs on behalf of the CI program leadership to address issues related to meeting established program priorities, strategies, and plans.  
  • Perform assessments as requested by CI program leadership to identify progress and compliance with established procedures and priorities; draft associated reports or briefings; organize and lead meetings, to include establishment of agendas and due-outs.

Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

  • Be highly organized and have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Have experience in word processing, project management, automated data processing capabilities, and desktop publishing application software and hardware, including Microsoft Office applications. 
  • Prior experience or knowledge of government budget cycles and/or government strategic planning development and implementation is preferred, but not required.
  • Have experience in organizing and facilitating high-level meetings.

Security Clearance Required:

  • Active Top Secret Clearance

Minimum Education:  

  • Position requires contractor to have earned a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college in a business-related field.

Minimum Years of Experience:

  • Have ten (10) years of directly related experience performing administrative support functions specialized within the U.S. Government intelligence/ counterintelligence, military, law enforcement, or similar communities.

Compensation Details:

$ 115,000 – 145,000
