We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Program Integration Deputy to play a pivotal role in the management and execution of Raytheon Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM) and CORE (Customer Oriented Results and Excellence) initiatives. This role will focus on ensuring seamless program integration and operational excellence, while maintaining alignment with RTX's strategic goals and processes. The successful candidate will act as a key partner in driving program performance, fostering collaboration, and delivering results that meet customer expectations.
What Will You DoRLPM and Program Execution:
- Support the Program Integration Lead in managing program lifecycle activities using RLPM processes and best practices.
- Assist PMTs in gaining a comprehensive understanding of the Raytheon Leadership and Program Management (RLPM) framework
CORE Implementation and Continuous Improvement:
- Assist in deploying/supporting CORE principles to enhance program performance, streamline processes, and improve operational efficiency.
- Facilitate the identification of improvement opportunities and execute initiatives to optimize program delivery.
- Pursue the advancement of CORE maturity status
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Foster effective communication and collaboration between internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
- Oversee and track the progress of annual "must-do" targets on a quarterly basis
- Facilitate the execution of the program material strategy to ensure alignment with delivery objectives and timelines.
- Address program challenges with innovative solutions and data-driven decision-making.
- Enable and drive initiatives to advance digital maturation, fostering enhanced efficiency, innovation, and technological integration
Qualifications You Must Have- BS/BA degree
- 10 years of experience in engineering, business, program management, and/or operations or An advanced degree with 7 years of engineering, business, program management, or operations
- Proficiency in program management tools, data analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications We Prefer- PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent.
- CORE Specialist or CORE Practitioner certification.
- Proficiency in program management tools, data analysis, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of program lifecycle management, risk management, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience working in a matrixed organization and managing complex programs.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
