Full Job Description
  • Seeking a high-impact Senior Director to lead technical realization of our AI and Emerging Tech portfolios.This is a delivery-1st leadership role focused on building capacity,capability required to meet evolving needs of our strategic accounts.You will act as AI Lab SPOC, partnering with Business Unit (SBU) Heads to translate AI strategies into executable roadmaps. While SBUs own direct account delivery, your responsible for defining AI-native best practices, scaling talent benches,ensuring technical rigor across organization
    1.AI Delivery & Capability Building
    Delivery SPOC: Bridge gap between GTM teams, Technical R&D, SBUs
    Methodology: Define and implement AI-native delivery frameworks to increase velocity and quality
    Standardization: Ensure all SBUs adhere to organization-wide technical standards and execution rigor
    2.Strategic Talent Planning
    Scaling: Work with Client Partners to build delivery capacity aligned with near and mid-term AI growth
    Fulfillment: Lead demand forecasting and staffing strategies;oversee utilization, rotation & succession planning
    Competency Design: Partner with TA, L&D to define and acquire core AI competencies for the next 24 months
    3.Client Partnership & Advocacy
    Strategic Advisor: Act as AI Lab delivery expert for key accounts, participating in CXO-level sessions to shape solutions,manage technical risk
    Pre-sales Support: Assist in solution shaping,proposal reviews for complex AI initiatives
    Escalation Management: Serve as the final authority for critical technical escalations, providing architectural or operational interventions
    Leadership: 18+ years of technology leadership in software engineering and global delivery
    AI Expertise: 5+ years leading high-stakes AI/ML or GenAI programs from discovery to scale
    Scale: Proven track record of building global delivery teams to support rapid enterprise expansion
    Executive Presence: Ability to build trusted relationships at the VP/C-suite level through technical credibility
    Foundations: Strong grasp of modern delivery models (Agile) and AI-driven engineering workflows
    Education: bachelor's / master's in computer science, Engineering, or related field
